| A-One Financial Services, Inc. began in April 2000 when we were informed by Allstate Insurance Co. that we were no longer going to be employees, and we had to sign a new contract. We then became the official owner of the business located at 1000 S. Sunbury Rd. Westerville, Ohio. |

| In August of 2000, A-One Financial Services, Inc. purchased the economic interest in Jeanie Dillon’s business and relocated to the present address at 659-I Park Meadow Road. The business continued to grow. |

| In January of 2003, A-One Financial Services, Inc. purchased the economic interest in Gerald Witham’s business in New Albany. The satellite office is located at 15 N. High Street, New Albany, Ohio 43054. On January 1, 2005, the office was purchased by Frank Hamilton. We wish Frank the best of luck in his continued career with Allstate Insurance Co. |

| On March 1, 2006, A-One Financial Services, Inc. purchased the economic interest in William Dencer’s business. His office was already located in the same office space at 659-I Park Meadow Road in Westerville, Ohio 43081. Insurance is our career and our commitment. That commitment is what has helped our business continue to grow and prosper. |

| A-One Financial Services, Inc. is run by agency President Clermon Junkin. Clermon started his career with Allstate Insurance Co. in February of 1983 in an office located at the Northland Mall Sears store in Columbus. |
